John Lintott graduated from Colorado State University in May of 2000 with a B.F.A. concentrating in painting. He moved with his wife Emily to Fruita, Colorado in 2001 where they are raising their two daughters.
John has exhibited paintings in New York City, Denver, and most of Colorado, including Ouray, Aspen, and Fort Collins. He has had two pieces published in national magazines: The Artist’s Magazine– April 2005 and Better Homes and Gardens Beautiful Kitchens- February 2007. His work is collected around the state of Colorado, including two works recently obtained by St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction.
John Lintott and his family recently bought a custom frame shop, Hang Ups, and have turned it into one of Grand Junction’s finest art galleries. His painting studio is now located there.
