Join us for an exhibition of brand new pieces by Crested Butte artist Lucius Welch.
Studies of Light focuses on scenes in, around, and from the mountaintops towering over Crested Butte. Whether a beam of sun hitting the forest floor, alpenglow in the Rockies, or the fleeting moments of twilight at day’s end, each of these paintings is a study of vibrance, place, playfulness in color, and light.
