Oh Be Joyful Gallery is thrilled to officially represent our first bronze sculptor in the gallery – George Bumann!

George was the subject of a stunningly beautiful episode of That’s Wy, produced by the Wyoming Office of Tourism. Take a couple minutes to learn a little bit about George, his process, and inspirations in and around Wyoming.

Taking a trip to Yellowstone was absolutely in order this fall to welcome George to the gallery and visit his studio to select a body of sculptures. His home and studio are located on the edge of Yellowstone National Park, and couldn’t provide a more intimate opportunity for familiarity with the wildlife, which is reflected in the accuracy and character present in each and every one of his sculptures.
